If you’re a CommBank customer, you can access CommSec from NetBank. Just log on to NetBank, and select the CommSec tab in the top left corner of your screen.
Alternatively, visit www.commsec.com.au and login using your NetBank Client No. and password. Stay tuned! You’ll soon be able to login with your NetBank Client No. and password on the CommSec App.
If you open a Commonwealth Direct Investment Account (CDIA) with CommSec, and you don't already have a NetBank login, we’ll create one for you.
We’ll send your NetBank login details to you via email, and a temporary password via SMS. Once you're up and running, you will be able to switch seamlessly between NetBank and CommSec using the links in the top left corner of your screen.
Your NetBank client number and password are separate to your CommSec Client ID and password.
If you forget your NetBank client number or password, or you need to unlock your account, you can reset your NetBank details online.
You may not be able to reset your password online if you don’t have an active CommBank card, or you don’t know your PIN. In this case, please call the Commonwealth Bank on 13 22 21 or +61 13 22 21 if calling from overseas (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
